Security & your records
The file has to hold up years after the visit.
Plant health work is liability work. What you observed, what you recommended, what the label said, and what your client agreed to all need to be intact long after everyone has forgotten the afternoon. That shapes how PHC Rx stores things.
Protections
How access is controlled.
Private until you share
A plant record belongs to the person who made it and their company. Sharing with the team is a decision you make per record, and the rules about who sees what are enforced where the records are stored, not just on the screens that show them.
Roles that mean something
Owner, admin, and member each see a different amount. Removing someone from the company removes their access to the company records, immediately.
Connection keys stay unreadable
If your software person connects other tools to PHC Rx, the key that allows it is shown once, when it is created. After that we keep only enough to recognize it, so it cannot be stolen from us.
Messages you can trust
When PHC Rx notifies another system you run, the message carries a signature that system can check, so it knows the update really came from us.
Client links do one thing
The link your client uses to approve a prescription allows exactly that: view the document, approve or decline it. It is not an account and it opens nothing else.
Problems reach us first
Crashes and failures on web, iOS, and Android are monitored, so a problem in the field is something we hear about rather than something you have to report.
A record of the warning is worth more than the absence of one.
The defensible file
Documentation as a feature.
Every diagnosis records the evidence behind it and the confidence that evidence supports. Every label check records what passed, what warned, and what you decided to do about it. Every prescription records when it was sent, when it was opened, and whether your client approved or declined and why.
Off-label decisions are not blocked. Professional judgment is the job, and there are situations the label cannot anticipate. What PHC Rx does is make sure the decision was informed and that the file says so.
Product label data is reviewed and approved by a person before it reaches anyone’s prescription, and each approval is recorded against the reviewer who made it.
